Booking your luxury yacht experience is simple and secure with our custom dashboard. Browse available yachts, select your preferred dates, and complete your booking seamlessly. All confirmations, invoices, and communications will be managed directly through your dashboard for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Once you’ve booked, you can access all details, make changes, view invoices, and communicate with our team through your personal dashboard. Any updates regarding your trip, including itinerary adjustments or additional services, will be reflected in real time.
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. The Captain will make the final decision regarding weather conditions. If your scheduled charter cannot proceed due to bad weather, we will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, our cancellation policy will apply.
Absolutely. All bookings are processed securely through our system. Before payment, you will receive an official invoice detailing your full charter experience. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Please note that pre-payment is required to secure your booking, as dates are subject to availability.
Your yacht will be fully equipped with essential items, including food, beverages, toiletries, and consumables. If you have any specific requests, such as premium beverages or special amenities, please inform us in advance, and we will arrange them for you.
Your charter package includes all standard services, but additional charges may apply for:

Special requests or additional services, managed via the Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA)
Details of all costs will be clearly outlined before your departure.
Tipping is entirely at your discretion. If you feel the crew has provided an exceptional experience, it is customary to leave a gratuity of 5% to 15% of the total charter amount. Tips can be given directly to the crew at the end of your trip.
